When this website is accessed, GitHub processes connection and server log data, including the visitor’s IP address, to deliver and protect the website. Our legitimate interest is the secure, reliable and efficient provision of this website.

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It stores only your Vimeo privacy choice in your browser’s local storage under the key yi-vimeo-consent. This is necessary to remember whether Vimeo content may be loaded and remains stored until you change the setting or clear your browser data.

Vimeo players are blocked by default. They are loaded only after you select “Allow Vimeo videos” or activate a Vimeo placeholder. 4. Contacting Us via E-Mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your address, message, technical metadata and any information you provide in order to respond. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to business and other legitimate inquiries.

We use Google Workspace to provide our e-mail service. For customers in the European Economic Area, the service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google LLC and Google’s subprocessors may also process message data in the United States and other countries where they operate. Google states that it uses recognized transfer mechanisms including adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We retain inquiries until they have been resolved and then delete them unless continued storage is necessary for a contract, legal claims, or statutory commercial and tax retention duties.

This website links to Instagram and LinkedIn. No connection to these services is made merely because you visit this website. If you select an external link, the destination provider processes data under its own responsibility.
